Store Design
Directed and oversaw the creative design behind the re-vamp of the store "Shoe Citi" located in Dubai. Worked with a very talented team from Saudi Arabia and New York to make sure all specifications for the construction of the store were clear. The goal was to renew completely a store that has been around over 30 years in the Middle East. We wanted to give customers a unique and fun experience when visiting the store. Having fixtures specifically designed to hold the products and also resemble buildings was key to having the city feel. Having a main road take us through the store was another important asset. Having a subway on the wall for the women's section was a beautiful touch. Having the center of the store a cosy brick interior feel was perfect to separate the urban city feel to the Green Area, the kid's are. The Central Park of the store. Overall a very unique and original result.
3D Designs
3D Renders of the main sections of the store. Beginning with the Main entrance (Sneaker Freak Area), The Men's and Women's Sports Section, The Hush Puppies area, The Kids Area and finally The Accessories and Second Entrance.
Planning and Layouts
It was very important to show our client how colors and fixtures were going to blend in together to create a unique and original store. The idea was to give the customer the feeling of being in a city. To achieve this, each area had it's own ceiling and lighting color and fixtures slightly changed depending on the section the customer was in. Diversity was important.
Conceptual Design
Here we have a condensed version of the presentation given to our client. This was pitched at the beginning stage to make the concept were going for very clear.

The final result was to maintain the entire store in the day light version, nice and bright. The Snekar Freak Area however, had am adjustable night version to give more of a street Urban feel to that Area. All The RED sections in the pictures were for LED Screens. Screens that would promote the store's products.
